Oliver is also attached to direct Treasure Entertainment’s Prom Date, with a story by Mark Brown (Barbershop 1 & 2), to star Jeremy Sumpter (Peter Pan), Dan Byrd (The Hills Have Eyes) and Eddie Griffin (Undercover Brother), which goes into production in 2009.

It's suppose to be a "Teen comedy" which by the title of it, I believe.

If this actually films, then the movie could be awesome. Jeremy is on a roll! Dan and Jeremy also worked on Clubhouse together, and IMO had such amazing chemistry. I would love to see them work again! Lets see if Jeremys manager will say anything about this!

Edit: Jeremys manager Mark Robert has confirmed Jeremy is indeed attached to the project, but doubts that he'll film it this year, if at all. Since he hasn't heard word in a while from it.

One of Jeremys newest films he shot in late 07' seems to finally have a estimate of a release date!

"CALVIN MARSHALL will have it's world premiere in October.

It's been over 19 months since we wrapped shooting. It would've been nice to premiere earlier this year, but something about this fall feels right.

We could've moved faster if we had the resources and hired a few more people. An accountant and a post production supervisor would have been great. But sometimes you only move as fast as the creative process and the budget allows. It was probably good for us to go through each step carefully, even if it took longer in the end.

Down the home stretch we were lucky to have a few pros in our corner -- Cece Hall and Mark Goldblat. They were generous with their time and weighed in on editorial and helped us make some difficult decisions before locking picture.

After locking, we started from scratch on the sound mix. John Askew's rich score continued to evolve and our needle drop choices got better. Our post sound team (led by David Raines) created a complex layered mix that added unexpected depths and subtleties. We are all thrilled with the results.

More information around our October screening coming soon. We might screen at a few additional festivals before the movie is distributed in March of 2010. There will also be some special word of mouth screenings leading up to the release.

The distribution details are coming together but it will all depend on how much P&A we have. I'm expecting a strategic theatrical release and then VOD, DVD and DIGITAL following quickly after. This release plan could change a little, but for right now this is what we expect."

Sorry for the lack of updates! This site is kind of dead anyway, but I'll still apologize to any lurkers. My photobucket bandwith over exceeded a day after I got it back. Thats what I get for posting in L_L Spam posts! Haha. Therefore I had to use my old photobucket to upload these pics. which is a hassle.

Get ready for a butt-load of Goth Jeremy!

Here is the blog with the behind the scenes video. In the video Jeremy and his mom in the movie are going over their lines. No Jeremy is not telling her to 'fuck' off haha. They are practicing lines where Jeremys character Jarod is obviously not happy with stuff his mom is telling him.

Jeremy has been taking many updates to his twitter lately. What is great is that it is 100% Jeremy, updating whenever he wants, about the most randomest things. Here is what we've gathered so far.

"hey your all gonna love the film when you see it!! so far so good!! off to bed. night everyone!"

"adult swim/cartoon network then bed."

"robot chicken!!"

So there it is. Jeremy likes to watch Adult swim before bed. Don't we all just love a little family guy & robot chicken? haha.

Make sure to follow Jeremy! The more followers he gets, the more he seems to update. And its awesome how he keeps getting about a 100+ followers  a day! He was just at 300 or less a week or so ago, and now hes almost at a thousand!
